MSP responds to Baird Road housing plans

Two further planning applications have been lodged within the Conservation Area.

The first at 27 Baird Road would mean 7 houses being built in the car park of the Bridge Inn. Margaret Smith MSP has objected to the development on several grounds.

Meanwhile, plans for four two storey houses behind 26 Baird Road have also been lodged. Margaret Smith has raised initial concerns about plans to take vehicle access from the tow path.
